How hard to help each other out here?

Since we are all heightened and more spiritually advanced than most people what can we do to help each other out? I have always heard of distance healing sessions but never experienced because I like hands on healing personally. What got me thinking about this is when I was telling about my TF story she told a few of my friends she felt like I was talking to them about her, which I wasn't only my friends here. I have ups and downs but still keep my distance for some unknown reason. I just don't feel it's time for us to finish what we started, not really scared just kind of unsure about myself but when with her I am 100% certain I want to move forward. Everyone around us still tells me I am going to marry her one day but I just shrug off. Her and I are the only two who know for sure what we feel and I like keeping it that way but everyone around us seems to "know" what's gonna happen. If possible I would love any help smoothing out this transition.
