Upgrades??

Does anyone get these symptoms. Chest pains, warm feeling in the chest, palpitations in the right side of the chest followed by hot waves of energy.

It feels like i am going through a whole chest reconstruction.Its really painful and doesn't feel good.

Has anyone experienced this?

I'd say your heart chakras is opening.... except for the pain part. That doesn't sound right. Discomfort or strangeness yes, but not pain and 'reconstruction'. That's a new one.

ive had recent trauma as well..

There has been activity in my heart sharp pains, but also heat coming from it at times.

Well maybe it would be useful to see both an Energy Practitioner (Healer) and a Western doctor both.

If it's something a western doctor can sort out you are covered, be wary and listen to inner guidance though as I've had more than one doctor suggest surgery on something before even an x-ray, catscan or MRI was ran! (When it was run there was no obvious need for surgery what so ever but the doctor would have 'sold' me one anyway for preventative reason!

Healers can cure, fix, balance most things, hunt around for one in your area, talk to people in metaphysical stores or local Spiritual centers to find a well respected one who has dealt with heart issues, trauma and can balance, clean and align chakras.

I'd go the healer route first were it me, just cause I know they are NOT going to try to saw open my chest cavity to pay off their mortgage on their 2nd home. Many Healer will in fact never even need to touch you and they are far cheaper than western doctors. If it is a spiritual awakening of sorts they will have advice or guidance or lead you to someone who does.
A western doctor is most unlikely to be able to assist you on a spiritual or higher awareness level but may prescribe mind numbing or psychotropic medications if you mention such things to them. LOL

Maybe its still on the higher level and the rest of you isnt and the jump in voltages is causing problems. Try slowing it down ( the chakra I mean) not your heart. Meditate. One thing that helped me increase my energy levels was a concept of throwing open the doors. Mind you be sure you know what your connecting to before you do that but you know where the bliss is just connect back to it and let its energy flood you. Made me feel drunk. Maybe it'll be enough to balance your heart chakra with the rest of your system? But see a doctor if that pain doesnt get better soon
