Re hands on healing abilities, like an earlier poster I would recommend you stay clear of reiki, your healing ability is your own journey, and seems to be guiding you in the right direction. I too developed hands on healing abilities almost a year ago now, at first I was very excited, but now I am calmer and just appreciate it because there is a bit less pain in the world because of it. I was lucky in that my mother simultaneously developed medical clairvoyance and was able to tell me what was happening when I was healing. It's not certain, but by the evidence shown to us I believe that the healing energy allows a part of the persons body to heal at a more optimal rate than normal, so the body can make headway. My healing ability started when I got to a certain point in releasing my emotions, allowing energy to flow through me. As I continue to do further emotional work, the healing energy increases, and secondarily my energy works its way higher in my body - in essence each chakra from the lowest up to my throat so far is being cleaned and cleared, and as this clearing gets higher, kundalini energy is awakening in the lowest chakra, preparing to rise through the entire system which for me means further clearing in my throat, forehead, and crown chakras still. Kundalini energy is a huge energy that does no harm if the way is cleared, as far as I can tell the trick with this energy is to concentrate on clearing the way, not on raising the kundalini, it will raise itself in good time. Fully raised kundalini is the holy grail in the spiritual world, and it takes a lot of time and dedication. One invaluable resource for me, which helps me understand what's going on, is to understand my dreams. They guide me in my course, tell me what to concentrate on, basically they bring the me down here closer to my spirit. If you remember your dreams, you can post them in the dreams section. Do you know what it was that opened the healing channel for you? I wonder if it too was emotional clearing?
