Specific date.
This morning I had a dream that I was in Spain with my work friend and her hubby. I think we were there because they were getting married. I had plans to meet my holiday romance there
(I say holiday romance but, he is very serious about me and I want to give things a try with him. We are planning on him coming here for a week or so once season is over (September time).
What was very clear in this dream was a date. I was looking at a calendar at the date; 28th September.
Okay, so maybe the date relates to him coming here or... does this number have it's own significance/power?

Sounds like a possible heads up dream. I would keep an eye out for the date and see if something happens that day. The day could define how you really feel about him so pay attention that day I would say.
