Black onyx and a nightmare!
Hi,i think i got myself confused with allt he info about crystals i read everyday and put bkack onyx under my pillow.I had a really bad nightmare and started to scream at night.Unfortunatelly i got to sleep that night with my mum as we had family over.She (bless her)jumped on a bed and got really scared.Do you think it was that stone causing it?i took it out straight away after i woke up screaming.Oh dear

black onyx is a protective stone and also facilitates psychic ability.
it's hard to say what caused your nightmare. i doubt it was the stone but just in case, try smudging it and use it again. there's a rare possibility it was holding negative energy from elsewhere. i always tell people to be very careful who you buy them from.
on the other hand, is there anything going on in your life that would cause you anxiety? could be a coincidence.

It could well be if this hasnt happened to you before. If it stimulates psychic ability maybe you were picking up something in your sleep.
I once had a bad experience with hematite.. it actually left burn marks on my hand when I meditated with it. Crystals can at times cause some dramatic reactions.
