Big black crow?

I have recently bought my first house and I am getting ready to move into this house. This is a huge step for me. Probably the biggest step I have taken in my life up until now. I am moving out from my parents house.

Over the last few days I have been visting my new house to complete some jobs etc. Now the last few times I have noticed a big black crow sat on upstairs window frame.

Is there any spiritual significance of crows? I have always thought of crows as a bad omen but now I am thinking prehaps its good. But I am unsure. If anyone has any ideas or inside knowledge on this topic I would love to hear it.

Well it would def be a good sign everytime you see one now cos it was there on your first big step.......a very positive one too. So you're got yourself a chum who sits there cool as you like.....
For a long time now, i have many meetings with ravens,crows & blackbirds, & now its all kinds,making more music or just plain gossip!......lol.

I have never considered crows/ravens to be negative. I would suggest simply talking to it, and listening to it! In my own life, I have found crows to be very good messengers, and excellent indicators of what is going on or what is about to happen. If it sticks around, watch it, listen, and you'll start to understand what it's trying to tell you. Just be open to what your instincts are telling you

Crows and ravens are messengers from spirit they are not a negative omen

I seen many Gaa'gii (Ravens) feed on road kill on my reservations roads. Also I seen them raid garbage cans. They are an adaptable strong flier. They also are very intelligent.

I worked with a Celtic shaman a long time ago, and we did a ceremony to find our power animals. Mine was a black crow. He led me on amazing journeys in my mind to ancient sites and druid guides--a very wise bird. He said he was helping me clean up things, just like they clean up road kill. Very true, I healed a lot from those journeys! blessings to you

Ive had crows around for months, and it worries me no end......I know something not so good is going on......thats how they make me feel.....i keep telling them to go away.....it happened to my daughter two crows kept watch each day......her relationship ended violently (the violence towards her) it was a horrible thing........before my mother in law died.....i dreamed of a crow flying over me in a park (my mother in law died whilst with me alone in the house, its was traumatic)......so i don't see them as a good thing....maybe im looking at it wrong?.....or crows just don't like me.....since the crows have been around me this year.....ive suffered from disc injury in my lower back (still) and life has had many changes not for the better.....so i don't like crows around.....sorry.......many blessings..

Black birds are messengers. They may carry good or bad news. My Mom doesn't like black birds. I don't know if it's a crow or a black bird. According to her, if a black bird sticks around and crows 3 cries in a row, it's bad luck. She said it has happened to her many times. Also, I've received the gift of a black feather several years ago. It's meaning is different depending on what type of bird it was.

If you can meditate on the crow, you may find out some answers. Congrats on the new house. Have you walked around each room blessing it? Each time we moved into a new house, my Mom would say prayers and clear each room of old energies.

It's always good to cleanse and bless your new abode before moving in if possible.

I love crows, they are noisy, magical, clever birds who work together and they always have one or two who act as look-outs to warn of impending danger. Maybe your crow is going to be a look-out for you. Hope you enjoy your new house.
