Those coconut balls look delicious....

I was thinking a bit more on this today... You should check out chia seeds (yes, indeed the same thing as chia pets). They are chalk full of essential fats and energy. The meso americans are said to be able to run all day on a handfull of seed. Same with flax and hemp seed. They are full of beneficial fats and minerals. Seeds in general are awesome to eat.

You may want to think of making granola as well. You just mix and match some honey clustered oats/granola, with some nuts and raisins and dried fruit. It may not be 100% "raw", but it isnt cooked processed and overdone either.

Lastly, you may want to get into farming. If im not mistaken, the raw diet uses the assumption that we were hunter gatherers, and "ate as we went". This is true, but this required a large strands of forest. IF you gardened (especially using permaculture/sustainable methods), you could forage for a portion of the year, more so depending on where you are.

I asked my wife and she said the coconut covered ball is made with dates, amaranth, hemp seeds, ground flax seeds, cocoapowder and a couple of other good tasting things. You can eat those as much as you want for a snack without guilt. They have been awesome for snack time instead of sugary fatty things full of preservatives.
