Astral Projection experience
When I was in my mid-20s, I went to my local zoo with an aunt who is really into religion. I think she talked about how reincarnation was in no way true - I've always believed it to be true.
That night while sleeping, this happened: I floated up through a blue/purple area that was filled with love and compassion. Then I ended up in a place where there were others busy working. They didn't really pay attention to me. I think the place had to do with reincarnation - somehow the people there were helping to make it happen or overseeing it. At the end of my visit, this guy pushed me down HARD through the floor - I was very taken back by it at the time. Looking back on it now, I think the guy was putting an end to the visit and trying to ensure I made it back to my body.
I think this experience was made possible by my higher self to let me know that yes, reincarnation is true. I don't think a spirit guide played a part in it except maybe just watched on the sidelines.
