Coven/Group Work

Anyone who's in a coven or other group of some kind --

What specifically do you do in your meetings with one another? Like particular ways you combine intention and toward what, and that kind of thing. How does your group enhance your particular path?

I've been getting more interested in the effects of working in groups, so I just wondered what was being done where other people are.

Ribiq, I doubt that anyone will disclose information about workings.
I can give you some generalities. UK is mostly Solitaries coming together in informal working groups for "special" festivals and "social" occasions.
Wide divergence between UK and US.

As far as the effect of working in groups - it's just good, old-fashioned Group Synergy

I cannot disclose what goes on in my particular Coven sorry but any general question you have I can try to answer.
