Hi Occultist ! I wonder if we should make allowance for the extra day or quarter day. Perhaps the "about" accommodates that

If you calculate the cross-quarter astronomically, there's no need for allowances since it's already built into the cycles of nature as they are, yes? Each to their own as far as traditions are concerned. I do it this way in part because my path is very nature-centered, so I honor sacred days timed to natural phenomenon.
