More colours, orbs, etc. while meditating

Does anyone know what it means to see specific colors and shapes while meditating? Its happened to me a few times. Yesterday while meditating I saw this huge golden ring around me while this blue circular shape floated around the inside of it. I've seen a blue eye before while meditating and I would really like to know what all of it means. Keep in mind when I meditate its not for a specific purpose except to quiet my mind.

I often times see white light while meditating. It comes as a bright flooding light or sometimes as small dots of lights.

Enjoy the light show!! It means your 3rd eye is opening. When I started meditating 20 some odd years ago, I'd see swirling colors (like a yin and yang shape), red, yellow, orange, green, blue and purple. I attributed it to being aware of my chakras... but I'm not sure either. I also saw colored basic geometric shapes... triangle, circle, square..

The trick is to just continue to watch, be aware, don't try to think about them or they go away, because you move from meditating to thinking.

Excellent observation! the more you concentrate, the less it grows. You are on a mission, you might not recognise it yet, but your journey has just started. If you persist, you progress. This progression is, I believe dictated by your ability to identify you, yes, YOU your inner self, the heart of your soul, your life your love (and its strength) look deep, your meditation will take you there, the deeper you look the deeper the significance, look for this love for all things, it transcends all, everything, consumes, rebirths, when you can find this love for all things created, you will find you........

Just go with the flow. Lately I have been using magnetized hematite and placing it on my forehead on the third eye and concentrate on that. I then see the light and colors and shapes a lot better because I am focusing on the stone. But good luck, relax and enjoy the ride.
