Yes that may be so, but the majority, if not all try to keep you there for ever, they make you feel like you are always a sinner, you must grow spiritually and become the Christ your SELF, you then become your true master, the carnal self is now put into his place. We all must move on towards the meat, and finish the old way of teaching which is the milk. When you become mature in Christ, you then can say with all truth, I live yet not i, but Christ liveth within me. But most religions wont teach you this truth, they are afraid of themselves, and they project this onto you. True love isn't keeping commandments, in true Love you just do what you naturally do, LOVE.

This may be of comfort and great irony. I just came across Roman Catholic teachings on exactly who Jesus is.
I came to discover something quite interesting that the New Age seems to be uniformed of.
According to RCC,besides Jesus being God and such they say that Jesus' body and soul was created and just like us. Which would be mean part of Jesus is a created being like all of us. And his spiritual identity of that of God the Son.
Which means what? The Christ in Jesus is the divine second person of the Trinity that lives somewhere within all of us waiting to be awakened through the Holy Spirit.

Faith is a substance - a s-u-b-s-t-a-n-c-e --------it is amazing - I "got it".
Faith is more real than matter.
Faith is what created all we see.
For God to even say, Let there be Light --- He had to have F_A_I_T_H first.
Faith is the most powerful thing in the Universe.
Ta da!

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru.
