Controlling "Abilities"?

Again, I make a post at 4AM asking questions

So, I am Emphatic. Its nothing significant, but I can feel people's emotions. Not even that, I just pick up on them. Its so minuscule, and I have been living with it forever, so I can't really explain it, but when someone is lying, I can usually tell, as is if they are sad or angry, or hiding something, etc...

What I want to know is if there is a way to amplify/nullify or control it, so that I can turn it off (Its a pain in the butt during birthdays and Christmas), or amplify it so that I can get a clearer feel.

Same thing with premonitions. I get them all the time, but I don't know if they are until they happen. I can assume because I almost never dream, so when I do, I guess it is some sort of premonition, but I can't be sure. Can I make it so I know, or so I can get a clearer view?

Yes you can if you can shift your desires from controling to harmonizing.

There is a partnership process that I am aware of that few are willing to learn about. It involves the higher self and the subconscious.

If you are willing to listen, than I can explain how every person's life works. If you can relate to those insights, you will become self empowered. However to do that, you must learn to let go of controlling concepts and ideas. Go with the flow and be joy filled.
