I personally have been spiritually evolving. I did not stop at manifesting. Bought a few books but no one added anything. It’s all just the same level of understanding, sometimes lower.

I think if I look at this from my own process, I recall journeying so far ‘out there’ experiencing profound and wonderful things, along the way, but there was a marker where by, I was informed, that was it in as far as ‘out there’ in the way I was headed. It was then to become an inward reflected journey that would deepen me, integrate all that as myself.
So like pixie has shared, it’s a deepening of a life time of reflection through life itself.
There are the outer limits that take you so far, but dropping back into yourself opens you one with all this.
There is saving yourself from the clutches of life’s conditioned systems, welcoming you, as the being you truly are, then there is living it.
That’s the reality check.
Mind/body/spirit is an integrative being. It all matters.
The new is a deepening and expansion as one. It’s also inclusive and aligns very to an interconnected way of being.so when you source you as everything you sought out there, it’s about more than you at this point.
The earth required a clean up and out, so all those awakened basically serve the planet in the new earth as it awakens.
Any advances now, will serve the here on earth resurrection..

Mindfulness is the most fundamental spiritual practice. There's nothing special about it because it's only the presence of awareness with 'this' as it is right now. People want things other than 'this'; that's how craving distracts attention and leads people's motives. Mindfulness is the cessation of such craving, and thereby the way to end all suffering.

Completely agree, it might not sound very sexy but it's absolutely foundational to spirituality, imo. What we truly yearn for can only be found in this moment, in our present experience, and yet so often people are doing everything they can to distract themselves from this moment - and this behaviour often becomes so ingrained that people don't even realise they're doing it.

I agree that mindfulness is foundational.
I utilize mindfulness in all my other practices. Without it it is not the same.
Also, people I mentioned being stuck at mindfulness.. its not that its bad to have a firm foundation. These people just are at that place in their journey. I am having that mindfulness.foundation very good. So I am curious about the deeper knowledge.
So I got good at all kinds of things, even bended reality a lot. But other people are not curious about that all it seems. So am glad some people here are.
Kind regards,

Awareness exists now where life is, so the idea is to keep returning attention to the real-lived experience just as it is. Then you can more easily distinguish between the reality of life and what are 'just thoughts'. Most of us live in our own mental fabrications and hardly ever notice reality as we experience it, so it's a good idea to 'reset' every time you notice you've lost touch with what's really happening.
The mind develops habits and becomes adverse to some experiences, while craving something else, so it habitualises avoiding what 'just is' and pursuing 'what I want it to be'. Hence a person is constantly escaping one thing and chasing something else, which becomes their default and they just can't stop. The resolution is simple in essence: just stop and look, be aware and know "this is exactly how I experience reality as it is right now".
The mind will quickly start craving something 'special', and the urge to keep moving the mind will return, but you can recognise that as 'just thoughts' instead of following along without even knowing what's happening to you.

So can you expand on that ‘bending reality’, what that meant at the time ?

Hii JustBe,
Quite literally bending the wind away from me in the midst of a storm of bending time such that it acts weird. I did not fully understand it, but it did things and messed things up. Later in life I learned to channel my energy better. Nowadays I can still do these things if I really try, but it doesnt interest me as much.
Kind regards,
Cw

Ok thanks for explaining further.
I think we enter these states to understand how we as the individual affect as a ‘whole’ and as part of the whole. I think we get a lot of opportunities along the spiritual process to see how we affect. Those breakdowns a glimpse into a greater interconnectedness, where all things move through the whole together.
Imagine you bend the wind away from you and that force moves towards another (that you can’t see) doing the same and it comes back at you from behind.. it’s a situation where by moment to moment we might see our power at play but with power comes a greater degree of mindfulness and responsibility. There is always more to understand deeper in the nature of what is, even if you can’t see affects beyond what you see.
So again these things you’re mentioning may be something profound, in your view of life, but going deeper into these things awakens life as a whole just moving through this experience you participated and noticed yourself in.
