Foods, spices for Autoimmune Diseases?
Are there others studying natural foods, ets for having developed autoimmune Diseases? I read a lot of Chinese Syndroms. It sounds like blockages in blood flow blockages. And warm spices like, pepper, cayenne and cinnamon, even nutmeg are suppose to help.

Hi there,
You should try different diets like vegan, keto etc.
I suffered from eczema for 15 years untill I started experimenting, I was vegan for a year and this lightened my eczema significantly but it was still troubling me, then I deceded to try the keto diet (only I left out all dairy products) and since than all my eczema (basically also an auto immune desease) is completely gone! All human body's react differently to different food, every human body is different so try lots of different diets (but try them for al least four weeks to give them a chance) untill you find the right one for you, it is out there for sure!
Regards,
Stan
