personally one of the things that really helped me was, accepting that I don't HAVE to have all the things I desire, that I can actually do without things. That just wanting something doesn't have to elevate it to the point where I'll make goals and do all sorts of awful things in my attempts to get it.

THAT I CAN LIVE WITHOUT.

In relation to others that gives others room to get some of these things now if I'm not trying to win and get the things for myself... my kinda stepping aside is a small part of what I see as love, which in laeege part seems to be leaving room for others to exist instead of trying to seek things for myself

I think that is one of the things that caused a real improvement on my outlook....
