Dream that i can't explain

I just had a dream of a really dark neighborhood, I felt some really bad energies in there,alot of shouts, then from nowhere I saw a young girl running and crying and she said that something was chasing her, she was pointing at something that I couldn't see, I told her to relax held her in my arms and when I held her I felt the bad energy that chased her right next to me, then i told her to say a prayer that will make it go away, she was hysterical but then she said the prayer with me, and then i felt that the bad energy left her.
After i helped her i heared loud shouting,and i found that it was my spirit guide that helped me making this bad energy go away.
My spirit guide was also talking to some woman and that woman told us to use something for protection for the next time "you can't always fight them with bare hands" she said.
Then I woke up.
I've never met my spirit guide before but that chubby guy claimed to be him

The girl running was your fear of your dark thoughts and feelings, maybe anger in particular because of the shouting. However if you focus on spirit and ask for help and guidance all can be resolved peacefully. I think this dream was showing you the way to deal with the tough stuff that comes our way from time to time. Look to your guide to help you through. That is what they are there for.
