A new experience in AP for me, very intense and healing.
Last night I left my body became only awareness and went inside my head, somewhere..
While inside my head I was being bathed in an intense blue light radiating in variations of the color from it's darkest spectrum to the lightest. I felt as if something was being healed, I was told this is what indigo is and to feel the joy.
It seemed to go on for such a long period of time, when I came back to the body it felt as though something was different about it, vibrating differently, can't put my finger on it.
What an experience...what wonders up for discovery at this time on Earth.
