hatha yoga
Hi all
I have heard hatha yoga helps with releasing nervous energy.
Anyone doing this yoga or have some video's or articles, just want a 20 min or 30 min practice to release tension and nervous or to release much energy.
Thanks in advance

Here are basic Hatha poses ( pic below). It's hard to recommend web pages/video because a good page charges a fee, and we aren't allowed to post those.
Diaphragmatic breathing is a popular technique in Hatha. A memeber posted about diaphragmatic breathing Here
It is a very cleansing and liberating stress buster. A popular Hatha diaphramic exercise is called, " The Breath OF Fire". Here is a male doing the breath of fire. It does look awkward, but it works..

Good luck, Anthony. Since some of those poses are more "chill" and closer to meditation. If you want to make the experience more interesting, some like to have incense burning. I like to burn Palo Santo sticks. It's a wood from Peru, it was used for centuries by the Incas as a spiritual remedy for purifying and cleansing ( Like sage). The scent could raise your vibration in preparation for meditation. I like these sticks specifically too because it's natural and doesn't have toxic chemicals and solvents like many incense sticks.. just a tip! ( and mainly more for meditation)
