New to this?

When it comes to mediumship, do you have to be born with it or can you trigger it somehow?

In my case, I have always had a bit of ability, but it was buried away. It was three years ago that I stated my desire for contact and it all opened up. My son has this ability as well. I do think everyone has mediumship abilities and it just takes practice to develop it.

I am not naturally gifted, I went down the healing route and became a Reiki Master and spirit/guides came to me after years of meditation. Hard work and good intent pays off! X

I was born with it so its second nature for myself.different people develop at different times,having reiki can trigger it in some .healing of any kind really just going to a spiritualist church and watching what happens can open it up,there are many ways. no way is the right or wrong way it how it happens for you.

Reiki is an ancient form of hands-on healing, the healer is given special attunements by a master which opens their energy channels, allowing greater healing energy to flow through them. The healing energy flows to the chakras which, if they become blocked, can cause problems on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. It is astounding what it can do. Anyone can attune to Reiki :)
