The body NEEDS little food ..... that is KEY.
Even Healthy Foods can be over eaten. Add Raw Red Onions to stop blood vessels from forming to feed fat cells.

Drink lots of water
Eat more green and fish
A glass of white wine before bed is like working out in the gym for about an hour
Try to eat less but more often aswell 🙂

weight loss help
1. Boil clean water and pour in a drinking glass.
2. Add cinnamon stick and leave covered for 15mins.
3. Open, remove cinnamon stick and stir lightly.
4. Add I full teaspoon of pure honey and stir properly.
5. Drink it twice a day for 3days.
