You can do an acupuncture technique ---using your index fingers.
Relax in a recliner or bed - place your
right finger on your chin, your left
on your pubic bone, in the middle 'indentation'.
Stimulate, kinda hard, rest, stim again....hold these Triple Warmer points for a few minutes as you breathe normally.
OR very powerful - do the
EFT routine --the basic 7,8 point tapping a couple times ...or as needed throughout the day.
You get used to the points and it becomes a habit to do in trying times.
