dream became reality

hi :)
i had a dream about an old friend who had been with me since childhood and we didnt kept in touch for six years now. (i didnt even thought about him all this time).

I dreamed that I had a huge, beautiful house with a big pool and my friend and I went into the house together and he was carried a suitcase.
I awoke up with euphoria and total happiness, and i never felt like this before.
I decided to message him to tell him about the dream that i had, and he says that he left the country before 3 years, and that he coming to visit here i a week!!!
and the cool part is thathe said that it is the first time that he is coming back to visit since he left the country.

is this dream was a prophetic dream?
or do you think it is just by chance?
i feel that it is something bigger than a reguler dream... and i would like if you will share with me your opinion :)
