Can someone please try and interpret my dream?

So here's my dream. I was laid in bed and was connecting with a spirit, only my spirit had left my body and was watching my body connect with this other spirit.

I honestly can't tell you much more. It was just my soul watching my body connect with a spirit (I can't remember who it was) and I was shaking during the connection.

I wouldn't say I can see spirits but I am highly intuitive and can sense things that I shouldn't be able to

When I say sense things I mean that I can feel how other people are feeling even if we haven't spoken in months or years. I can also know that something is going to happen without a logical explanation
