I think that the idea of stillness that we speak of is relative, just like the physical idea of stillness is, since we are really sitting on a planet spinning over a thousand miles per hour while hurtling around the sun at 67,000 miles per hour. What we call "still" is laughably... not! and if we were able to make ourselves still, while the rest of the universe moves on, we'd be suddenly and unceremoniously flung off into space.

Likewise, with meditation and spiritual practice, it is more about moving in harmony and rhythm with the forces around you. Only once you can move along with them, as a human on Earth moves along with the planet and the universe, can you feel still. If you take a deep look at it, it is really when we are out of harmony and resist change/get stuck in our beliefs and ideas that we are trying to stay "still"... and paradoxically like the human trying to remain still while the earth and universe moves, how not-still do we (myself included from personal experience) feel when we try to do this!

Anyways, while im meditating I feel this rocking motion, like I am on the swing swinging or like someone is pushing me to the side. Sometimes its really strong so my body sometimes actually leans on side a bit.

When I try to concentrate on it, it feels like I go deeper in meditation, but I get out of that deeper meditation feeling after like few seconds of focusing on the rocking motion, I dont know why.

Few days back I was meditating and I was on my bed in kneeling position, I meditated and after 20 minutes (Im a beginner so I practice to meditate longer, 20 minutes is an improvement, but Ill do more for sure) I was done and I felt like laying on the bed and all I did was just threw myself down in side laying position and I felt a strong link, like someones hand or maybe a big chain thats connected to this not physical body and its trying to pull me back to my kneeling position and continue meditating, I was really tired that time and I just ignored it and fell asleep tho.

I won't stop questioning this struggle to meditate by means of a practice, a technique a method.. is it meditation something to cultivate, or it comes with proper introspection (proper in the sense not of a specific technique, but of just to be passive in order to see what happens inside, to watch the movement of thoughts, in a non judgemental non verbal, motiveless way).. i would call that passive awareness and i say to be passively aware of your thoughts makes them lose their energy.
