curious new ability, opinions wanted.
Recently when meditating i felt the urge to try something new,
I gripped my hands together and focused some kind of pressure to my hands (thats what it seemed like) then all of a sudden a familiar feeling swept over me. (long story short i use to wake up in this strange state all the time when i was a kid and itkinda freaked me out).
basically it feels like all my senses are in overdrive and theres a strange power about it that makes me feel strong.
im going to continue to study this state but have pretty much no idea where to start.
any ideas?

Nice experience!
Welcome to your innner Realm and your inner strength.
I would advice to continue experimenting with meditation techniques to find one that is closest your heart.
