Hello
It comes down to really taking the " lessons" there and not necessarily applying them to one's life but using them as part of one's path of exploration along the Spiritul Path.
There are always I feel things to learn in the Light and in the Dark topics one comes to find along the road.....Having travelled in life down the darker road I do not want that path for me kids that be forsure. Too I embrace that path now with me as I became whom I am today. A good and posstive person. We all have our paths in life, and what we need to learn the most is not to judge in those paths, but be there for one's that need our HELP.
Aleister Crowley – The Beast 666 October 12th 1875 – December 11947
Born in Warwickshire on October 12th 1875. Born into a well to do family, but growing upwith not positive early school experiences. He was a child that did not have good health and was prone to being bullied. Was able to overcome this and go forth to Trinity College in Cambridge in1895. There he found a path to poetryand classical literature and the LOVe and skill for the game of Chess. He was part of an expedition to scale ChogoRi in the year of 1902.
In 1898 Crowley came to meet one George Cercil Jones whointroduced him to the “Golden Dawn” (The Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn whichis a magical order that was active in the 19th and 20th centurieswhich practiced rituals and other spiritual development. It was the largest influence in Western Occultism.) It was there Crowley applied theKabbalah and the techniques of magick and how to create magickal talismans.
Crowley was able to freely grasp the fundamentals ofmagick. One of his books “Magick in Theory andPractice “. Crowley had the focus ofmaking man god-like in vision and in power.
“Man is capable of being andusing anything which he perceives, for everything that he perceives is in certaina part of his being. He may thussubjugate the whole Universe of which is conscious to his individual will.” Crowley
Noted for:
March 17th1904 Crowley preformed a magical ceremony invoking the Egyptian deity Thoth godof wisdom. He went on to do morecommunications with the aid of his wife Rose
In 1909 afterhis marriage fell apart Crowley came to meet Dr. John Dee and EdwardKelly. This took him down his vision journeypath.
By the 1920’sCrowley was lowered in respects and becoming more and more Satanic but his notorietystill laid a head. Living in a rentedlow end home in Cefalu Crowley started to paint, and work more in the magicksagain. Crowley’s paintings were sexual in depiction,he figure that this would help one’s lose their sexual inhibitions.
Crowley hadnow too gained the grade of Magus – and was now calling himself Mega Therion666.
Crowley was anoccultist, astrologer, writer, painter, spiritual teacher and student, andmagician. Lesser known for his LOVe of mountain climbing and Chess.
Books:
“Magickwithout Tears”, “The book of the Law”, “The Confessions of Aleister Crowley an autobiography”
