Hold ONE stone and study THAT. If you are focusing on more than one stone at the same time, you are no longer focusing.

Oops. Thank you - I guess more is better doesn't work in this case. The stones do have great energy though! :)

I suggest that you become ONE with the flame. Imagine a "shared experience" with it, or any other object that you choose to focus with.

Thank you John! Having a shared experience sounds much more like me than "focus"... I think I can do that!
