Yes A.P is my interest,let me start .. When I was in college. I used to sleep late at night.(made school assignment,Studying ,watching TV.etc..), also I used to ate midnight meals.so mostly,I get to slept very tire and my stomach is full.. One time, when I'm a sleep , I felt my body shaking or vibrating..I felt tingling sensation in my back..also , something noise coming into my ears..woooh..what is this? .I think there is someone pulling me out..so I just calm my self ,let the vibration continue in my body.Then, in just blink of the eye ,I was flying!!!really flying...like a speed of the rocket.. I clearly saw the perspective of the mountain and forest.Its really real..I was amaze because I can do what I want in dream.I meet many people in my dream but could not recognize them in the physical world.they are kind and very warm to me..To end to story ..I come to my physical body..Get Awake ..remember every journey that I do while Im a sleep... I called this a "Real Dream" because it seems so real.. Then my "Real Dream "experience continues once a month or once every quarter.
I get curious about my Real Dream experience ,I could not share it to my family nor to my friends..I don't want them to think that I am crazy..so I have no choice but to kept it to myself.
Then one of my friend , teaches me , how to use a computer and internet explorer..Thanks to Yahoo & Google. it leads to my interest - dream and out of the body experience ,and the ASTRAL Projection fits to my experience which for me a "REAL DREAM"

Welcome to the community, franco!
We have a good section on Astral Projection here as well. I've been having OBEs for over thirty years, just not nearly as frequently as I would like.
Your description of the "Real Dream" also sounds like what's called "lucid dreams" and those are often connected to OBEs, due to the flying parts.
Keep having them, and post some of your memorable experiences to the AP group  |

Yes !Thanks to this community..It will expound my understanding, about myself & our existence in this world.I may able to share my experience and received advises from all of the members in this forum.I have a chance to meet new friends worldwide.
