Meditating with Rudraksha beads

Hello everyone,

I am a great follower of Shiva. But Never chanted mantras on a Rudraksha Malas. But when I visited Rudraksha Ratna I was amazed to see different combinations of Rudraksha beads mala and how they benefit you while chanting Mantras or Japa. But I still have 14 mukhi Rudraksha beads with me. I am confused which one is better. Wearing them or Chanting mantras on them in the form of a mala for improving meditation.

Which quiets your mind more?
Which helps you focus?
Which 'improves' your meditation?
That is what you should do.

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru

pick the one that `feels` nicest, shiva will imbibe it with what you need

Yes it is true that Rudraksha are Lord Shiva's beads but then why are the beads classified according to their face (mukhis)?

Namastey,

As far As i know Rudraksha beads are best for meditation. But since I want to know the correct way which will actually benefit me. I know most of the mantras. So, I think Chanting mantras is a better option.

I only used `shiva` as the source of the blessing because the person posting said they were a follower of shiva, so he will look after them
