Buzzing feeling after Chakra meditation
I just listened to one of the guided meditations on YouTube that guides you in cleaning and opening your chakras. Afterwards I felt extremely relaxed and had this numb buzzing feeling throughout my body and it is still present after about 30 min. Is this normal? Could this be my chakras opening up?

Hey CTM, I'm new to meditation and had asked the same question previously, from what I was told it's your vibrations getting higher. Mine lasted for a few days. I think maybe I'm just getting used to it now. It's such a strange feeling! :)

Strange indeed but very pleasant. It's almost as if I can't think as clearly and I had a minor headache that just subsided. Good to know someone else is experiencing this as well. Almost like an afterglow of sorts
