planning to astral project in the day

The sun rise up at 7:00 I was planning to wake up at 5"00 and stay up until 6:45 that's when I will start heading to sleep and feel the vibrations etc then leave.Since I'm too afraid to exit at night because of the dark and there's more likely for demons and entities to attack then in the day time

Hello dreamercan, I have already said that you do not have to fear. Just go out without fear. I think when you are out once you'll lose the fear after a while. If you really need help, you can call on someone you believe in and trust in, I think you will get help if you really need it. Being a bit afraid before the first time is normal, but do not let the fear control you. My friends and I have been out of body so many times, nothing has happened to us even if there were "negative entities" or ghosts. They cannot do anything, they only live off your fear. And if you really should feel threatened, you can ALWAYS and EASILY return to the body, just by thinking of it or going inside or by breathing hard etc. Believe me: a good part of the things in the astral that seem scary and intimidating are not so if you look more closely. I would advice you to gather inner strength before going out. Are there any things which help you getting calm and stay so?

If I thought like you I would be afraid. I would not try to ap as demons and entities would likely attack me. To ap you have to change the way you think.

hi i see you do not know this before

I ask them before i do stuff or while doing it

like the other poster said no fear have no fear fear is some bad energy
that attracts things you don't want

sounds easy to just say this

just wait other wise till your sure

and you must assume your guides are always there for you

they are always there for every one i would think

how ever you communicate with them is an other matter

that you know .

maybe it will be a good thing to work on that if you can ?

they are out there and can such things
