learning though dreams

Is lucid dreaming in your head and astral projection in the astral world?

Do we go to the astral world when we die or someplace else like 5+ dimensions?

Could it be the same place? Astral world here close to us , were are the other dimensions. Sorry if its dumb questions but don't know about these stuff.

I want to start learning though dreams, how do i do that? Any technique would be great thanks.
