Good question Tom it will be interesting to see people's results. I've been practicing since July. I am going to really up my practice when I get back from my vacation. Try at least once or twice a day, 5 or 6 days out of the week.

I've been able to astral project at will since I was a small child.....so I don't know where I fit into this.

Mine took about 6 months of meditation every night. But to be honest I wasn't trying to AP, it just happened spontaneously.

As you see, there's no set time for AP progress since each of us is unique. All we can do is keep going with consistent practice.

i used to do it naturally back in the day when i was younger, something happened, i guess i got older, now trying to relearn natural behaviour is tough, everything i try to do isn't natural, can't seem to grasp my mind around how easy it is, i mean, it used to be... easy and natural, i don't know how i did it.

I projected "accidentally" the first time, into the deeper realms, without any knowledge of what it was or what I was doing there. I'll mark the 1-6 day dealie..

You should extend that into years.. and include a 10+ years option. ;)

Although I'm with Xan, in that there's no set time and it's, literally, going to be different for each person.

Myself, I've been lucid dreaming pretty much my entire life, and recently have learned how to make those into full astral projections.
But I'm still working on conscious exits. So, my answer could be 0 days... to 10+ years, depending upon how you view projections.

I mentally project but I've never completely astrally projected... Astral Projection that you describe is incredibly hard for me to do.

It took me a good few weeks, maybe a couple months. The biggest obstacle was expecting that certain things had to happen and getting wrapped up in that.

It does not come easy to me at all, lol. :crybaby2: Certainly, everyone is different.
