What form do you take when you Astral Project? Can you Take any form?

well i WISH i looked liek that lol. i take my normal physicall form as i am in this life even down to what i'm wearing during my experience.

Many spiritual texts state that the form taken during astral travel is comprised of a light body. This light body is similar in shape to your physical body but to anyone observing this light body, it would seem to be just that - a body of light.

I do not know whether or not a person can dictate the form they take during astral travel.

Thank you for the replies. I've always wondered about that, because your body is just a temporary vessel...so I thought maybe your astral body could take any form, being that it's a body of light. That would be interesting though *smiles*.

I have read in different texts that when we do go Home, we can take any form or ethnicity we please as if we were applying make up or dying our hair, and everyone will still be able to recognize us.

Funny, I just noticed that I do not choose any form except the on I am in. I have had so many other things to do or to wonder :smile:
But as I astral level all thought manifest in an instant it is possible to decide the body shape and put on clothing we wish etc.

My understanding is that yes, you can take any form you wish. As for other souls identifying you no matter what you look like, you identify each other by an energy signature, or energy pattern - there's no need to look a certain way to be identified, identification is just a knowing in that state.
