It depends on the type of sensations - detachment from the body ...
Levitation, dissocation, total serenity, presence of light, etc ...

I'm thinking that with the DMT and everything , in a way the body is preparing for death , on the physical side , though it may be that there are several stages of death that take place after the NDE. If you watch a person who dies slowly , say over days or weeks even, it is like they start to detach themselves from the earth life.

Near Death Experiences (NDE) are when the body prepares us for death, is a very remarkable notion, because it makes sense for people who prepare for their reincarnations in this life.
