Why do we have to let go to allow our TF/SM in? How can you let go of something you want?

Definitely by allowing the moment of now to pass by freely—- holding no grudges and by mediation??! It can be a hard problem letting go at first- but the situation-{ not reuniting, or a runner, immigration or another hold back} plausible time and effort?? In short we have to let go of these bygones we hold onto allowing for the new perceptions to be gained??! It can be quite hard when the perception is pain—- making way for it, physically or emotionally: can’t be a hurdle of a process and at times to dictate the biggest problem by holding on- for things to run smoothly or eloquently???
I still hold on {celebrity’ soulmates or my reincarnations} I find my grip is firm and tiresome- lots of numbness and lethargy—- what could relate better is the friendship between my relationships and how well time is passing** I know it’s only in the future- my other soulmates I have problems but nothing that life faces with us- favouring possibilities to reuniting when failure is stagnant in my working life?? Everything goes hand in hand??
For one to work the others need to be in a equilibrium balance??

If holding on to them is making us suffer, the only sane thing to do is to let go of them. Doesn't necessarily make it easy to let go, but recognising the need to do so is an important first step.

Become very intimate with that feeling of wanting, notice how it feels in the body - where you might be feeling contracted and tight, say, give your attention to that and allow the contractedness to relax. Notice what feelings might arise when you do that, and let yourself feel those feelings.

Hi. I've been going throughout this a few times in the past few years. It started with a divorce and continued through a steep learning curve of goodbyes.
It is a grieving process like anything that we have to say goodbye to.
What A human being says is good advice.
Keep up a routine of things that you love to do as well to recover any sense of self which you may have given over to the connection.
It's pretty much about focus once you choose to say goodbye and choice about what you focus on for the now and into the future.
