Suffering is painful... pain is a signal to the body that something is wrong... without pain the body would die very quickly... pain teaches us to study that which is causing pain and refrain or move away from it...
Suffering shines a light on things before us that we need to work through both physically and spiritually...
I personally don't believe there is an answer to suffering... just as there is no answer to sleeping... or breathing... or the passage of time...

The thing is, we always assume we can create no suffering at all, which is far from the truth. Life has chaos ( which i guess you can say is suffering as well), its always been there, and always will be.
The only thing is, theres a HUGE difference between suffering by own own hands when it can be prevented, and suffering, because well, thats life.......

I go along with what you're saying, moke. Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj suggests that accepting pain takes you deeper than pleasure does.
Now all I have to do is to practice this
