For most of my life, I had a really croaky throat. It was hard to speak and I always had to cough and clear my throat. But one day, I was meditating for about 20 minutes on my throat chakra, and for the first time in my life, I had a perfectly clear throat! I could speak so clear, there was no raspiness at all. I even started to sing which is something I never used to do because I thought my voice was too unsteady. I made a lot of new friends when my voice was clearer because I could speak more and was proud of my voice. Sometimes, a couple days after I meditate on my throat chakra, I will feel some slight raspiness come back, but once I meditate on my throat chakra again, it goes away. I don't know why this happens, but it's like a miracle lol
