oils or anything to help with sinuses
Recently been suffering from allergies lately, and my sinuses have been bothering me a lot lately. Is there anything that could help me out. I get frequent headaches, I take allergy medication on a regular basis and they still continue to bother me. I'll appreciate any suggestions, that could help give me some relief. |

I just saw this thread and I know it's kind of old but eucalyptus, lavender, peppermint and more. AromaLand Brand makes an oil called Breath Easy it has a mix of scents that are good for your sinuses and headaches.

I had a strange sinus condition, because it wasn't actually the sinus, but the molar tooth underneath it. So if you have persistent sinus problems on one side only, and you're over 50, consider a visit to the dentist. Apparently infection can leak into the sinus cavity through the tooth root, making it appear to be a sinus problem when it really isn't.

Hopi ear candling can also help with sinus problems to help clear mucus and help with drainage , i hope this helps ;)
