Nothing like getting your hands dirty. Even the smell of dirt can be 'refreshing'.

Housework, especially the cleaning part, is underrated I suspect by many. Nothing feels better in my opinion then a clean home.

Today I have only done 5491 steps according to the health app on my phone, but I thunk it could be higher because it probably didn’t count the exercise I was getting riding my bike to the barber’s shop. Yesterday though, it was mild and very sunny so I had a good long walk across north London, and chalked up 31530 steps.

Having walked from my house to Homesense in the retail park; home from the bus stop; around Tescos for milk; and short walk at night to burn off my dinner, I have chalked up 15638 steps today.

Yes I do. On this particular day in question, I visited Golders Green.

Today I was on from 8 am, mowed and trimmed hedges until 5.30, and it's basically stepping the entire day. I probably walked more than 20K's wile running the trimmer or pushing the mower, and up and down a ladder at times. I'm just imagining how beautiful London must be at this time of year.
