@Anala i think we can all play a part in helping people whether it is to cross over through the pandemic or otherwise
I am an old soul but i wont be back i walk my final path.that is a good thing in my eyes , i dont think i could put up with another lifetime.
The amount of people i have helped to get to where they needed to be in work etc is huge,
Where are they now i have no idea i used to hear from them all the time as soon as they reached their goal i heard no more,
that is just another example of helping.

There are indeed various "dying before physical death" practices and, as you duly noted, we can either wait for physical death to wake ... or we can get guidance from masters like Rumi regarding how to awaken NOW in this lifetime.
