Anybody here have team-work experience?
I'd like to hear from other members here who have worked with teams of people. You know, say, a co-op business, a business with a team of workers, a film-making crew, a daycare center, an art collective, a non-profit society board... anything along that line.
What have you done? Would you say there was a spiritual dimension to it? Or was spirituality difficult to bring into it?
And like that...

I've done voluntary work with conservationists and other charities. The other members were not spiritual at all.

Hmm, not that I can think of. I worked in various areas and I don't know too many places that allow spirituality into the work dynamic. At least here in the U.S. The fear of losing your job or lawsuits is too high when you mix spirituality and religion into a business or institution.
I volunteered teaching English at a large non profit Christian center, even than, we didn't really talk about spirituality or bring it in. Interesting question tho.

In sports I was only really good at sprints... not a team-work thing. But in late highschool I played guitar in a band and did that for a few years after graduation. The feeling in that situation taught me a lot about how positive working in cooperation can be.
Other stuff, too.... Including that I've worked in some small-business situations with tight teams of people. I was part of an environmental-protection group for some years. Later, with some other people, was a founder of a co-op (which was in business).
