Oui Guillaume,
Like Miss Hepburn has put in bold, odd is a good word the describe the sensation to coming back to something some call the ego.
Ego is just a tool, not I.
A brief spiritual moment becomes a brief ego moment, the Light is reversed...

Thank you for sharing. Powerful and insightful. I particularly like the information shared. If you wish to know how it happened examine what may have been done that proceeded it. Questions you had or questions asked seeing true observation. We sometime receive gifts that are synchronicity one was meant to experience. Communication? Answer?

I'm just a beginner myself but I think Mooji in this video lays down the basics pretty well. Has helped me a lot. It's long video. Took me a few days to get through it but lot's of good info in it to me.
