That if I do something bad, something good will happen elsewhere as

And won't that mean it's useless to behave either good nor bad, because

But then again there is a cosmic law, the natural law, which says it's immoral to initiate harm against others.
-> Its immoral to behave bad.
But why would it be immoral when it doesnt make a difference, anyway?

Can you understand my confusion?

........Duality.

This may help, you seem to be a little mixed up about Yin/Yang.

My perception and understanding of Yin & Yang were masculine & feminine forces and duality.

Excerpt from Wiki 'p'

In Ancient Chinese philosophy, yin and yang is a concept of dualism, describing how seemingly opposite or contrary forces may actually be complementary, interconnected, and interdependent in the natural world, and how they may give rise to each other as they interrelate to one another.

So yeah.. it stands up as duality. One does not exist without the other. Chaos has order. Dark has light, good has evil, left has right, up has down...and so on
