Hi, this has probably been posted before, but I can't be bothered sifting through endless threads in search for the appropriate one.
Anyway, I don't have any problem harnessing positive energy. However, I do find it troublesome channeling the source of my frequency to another.
I might be looking in the wrong area and have found there are many guides how this can be achieved in different perspectives for beginners on Youtube relating to the matter, but I fail to see any indepth step-by-step procedures as to how it's performed for lasting beneficial results.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
