There's so much going on in the background of your paintings with such amazing detail...truly beautiful. I love the fact that you've incorporated messages relating to your subjects. Never seen this done before...bravo on your work...amazing:))

Thanks, I've not seen it done before either. I enjoy it more and more, when I started the portraits with reading in 2009 I didn't like drawing facing! I just had the feeling that this was the thing to do, now drawing and painting faces isn't too bad. More to come in the next week or two. |

Just a little note to anyone wanting a portrait. 
THE ORIGINAL ART WORK IS POSTED TO YOUR HOUSE ADDRESS.
I do not email a photo of the portrait to you. Photos are a poor copy of the art and the true colours and shape of the painting are lost in the photogragh. If you can not have the painting posted to your address, for whatever reason, please try and find a friend or relative that will allow the painting to be sent to them. If you can't find anyone to help and you really want a portrait, I will email it to you, but please try and find a way to get the original copy as it is far better than a photo. There have been a few women that have had problems with this issue, so you are not alone. Take care. :) |
