I remember this. Used to watch it with my mum back in the day.

American Beauty and The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel; both by Thomas Newman.

My all-time favourite movie score is probably the 'Inception' soundtrack, it's so atmospheric and beautifully-orchestrated - I particularly love 'Mombasa' and 'Time'.

I love the 'American Beauty' soundtrack, so beautiful. Never actually seen 'The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel', I'll have to check it out!

Koyanisqaatsi has an amazing musical score. It’s such a unique film and is absolutely made by the soundtrack.

It’s a great film. Quite different in that it uses older people and portrays them positively. It’s also different in that it’s a British film set in modern-day India. It’s very feel good in parts as well.

Doesn't sound like my sort of film on the face of it to be honest, but any film starring Judi Dench and Maggie Smith has to be worth a watch. And it's also directed by legendary Oakland Raiders coach John Madden as well, I see!

(All right, I know it's not that John Madden. )
