This is the most funny pointless question. Its true that it can be full full.
According to current general science, we don't have the ability to measure the non linear extra dimensional super geometry of consciousness, except some of the effects of it.
So it would actually be more true in common language to say that nothing exists. But this can change in the future.
When it is about liquid water, and you say, "It is filled to the halfway mark." So scientifically we would say, that it is most likely neither half full and neither half empty. And very rarely both.
If you said "it is filled to and including the halfway mark" We still say it is neither half full nor half empty.
Why? Because we don't know how accurate the halway mark is. And to what degree of precision it is touching the half full and half empty mark. If the mark is accurate and it is accurately in between the halffull/empty mark, both to planck length accuracy. It is both half full and half empty simultaneously. And in that case, they are the same thing. You would be drinking a quantun glass of water. But even that is not absolute in accuracy.
Because there is also volume and natural vibration and even geometric surface tension deformation that would say that it is forever neither, unless we can somehow cool it down to absolute zero and still keep it liquid and precisely measure the geometric surface tension deformation, under those circumstances...
And if we do that, we can algorythmically measure the perfect cups resonant frequency. And then the perfect planck length accurate moment in time in which the glass is both half full and empty even under normal room temperature conditions, by measuring the resonant frequency of the impossible perfect conditions, and bombarding the regular cup and conditions with that frequency to absolute precision and overwhelm it to the point that it has no choice but to conform, with least possible energy required to replicate the perfect cup.
However, this would cause the cup to dissapear from its location and start existing in the location of the impossible cup. Because we have not changed the locational variable of the cup, which actually exists within the resonant frequency of the impossible cup. If we could change the locational variable to one that is in the regular cup&conditions. Or any one that we so desire. Then we would have to map the most common locational variable logarythmics to be able to choose where to locate perfect replicas.
And then we could deliver a perfect halffull half empty cup, in mere seconds, to most locations on the planet, to 90% accuracy. Which automatically means it would require perfect platforms for delivery. And a tiny inperfection would change the result. And the conditions would annihilate any possibility for the cup to be perfect for any longer than way less than a second. And even if it is received instantly and consumed instantly, the mouth hand throat stomach would all freeze instantly. Or the lack of pressure would freeze the cup. Or the hand just shatters upon touching it.
Anyway, the question is based on a false premise. If it is half full, then it is also automatically half empty. The false premise is that it can be either one without the other. When it comes to liquid water ofcourse.
But if you count air. Yes, it is full full all the time. Then I would say to you: Congratulations! You are winner!... Please insert coin to continue... 9... 8... 7... 6... 5...
