looking for Yoga Philosophy video/audio
I recently found a series on Gaia TV called The Process of Awakening with Kevin Courtney. I love his style, he speaks in a very calm manner, he talks about yoga philosophy and also goes through a guided meditation but also keeps talking about yoga philosophy, and it's a very zen like experience. There aren't very many videos though and I'm already done watching all of them and want more stuff like this! Is anyone familiar with him and knows of any other video or audio that are like this? I am more interested in someone just speaking about yoga philosophy than the actual moves, because what I am looking for is to learn this information from someone who is talking very calmly and zen-like, like this guy. I thought this would be easy stuff to find but everything else is not mellow like this, I don't want TED talks or conference talks or seminars or anything with a crowd, I want something where the person is videotaping themselves in a quiet educational setting with a zen quality to it.

I know no one has responded but just in case someone in the future is reading this and wants to know what I found, I discovered Michael Stone, he is exactly what I was looking for, it's just unfortunate he passed away last year so his recordings are limited now.

If you're not set on it being Yoga specifically
Alan Watts is one of the best
He speaks more on Zen, Taoism and his own thoughts
But he has a very relaxing and personal manner
I would highly recommend him

Oh yeah i've listened to his audios before. i like the stuff he says, i am just not a huge fan of how it sounds. There's usually an audience (I believe they were all recorded lectures) so you hear them making noise and laughing, and he doesn't really have a calm voice. I mean it isn't harsh or anything, I just like really soft quiet mellow voices. I have found a few since posting this.

Also, the bhagavad gita... there are a lot of versions that break it all down and make it easier to understand

Really good book. Audio is a good idea. I've got a copy from 1970 something. It's very special to me. I got it for free from my spiritual center. It even has the price tag of 1.97 on it still lol
